胡桃夹综合征合并肾小球肾炎的临床病理分析

目的探讨血尿和／或蛋白尿患者中胡桃夹综合征（NCS）与肾小球疾病的相互关系。方法对39例NCS合并肾小球肾炎患者的临床病理资料进行分析。所有观察对象均行24h尿蛋白定量、尿常规、尿沉渣镜检、尿蛋白电泳等检查。其中30例患者行肾穿刺活检。结果39例患者中，大部分运动后血尿和（或）蛋白尿较运动前加重。30例患者的肾穿刺活检结果具有多样性。全部观察对象均经临床、实验室检查或肾活检确诊为NCS合并肾小球肾炎。结论NCS可与肾小球疾病并存。对临床表现为血尿和／或蛋白尿，已确诊为NCS的患者，还应注意是否合并隐匿性或早期、缓解期肾小球疾病，必要时应行肾穿刺活检。

Clinical and pathological analysis of glomerular nephritis complicated with nutcracker syndrome

Objective To investigate the relationship between nutcracker syndrome (NCS) and glomerular disease of patients with hematuria and/or proteinuria. Methods To analysis clinical and pathological data of 39 patients with NCS complicated glomerular nephritis. Ultrasonic examination, 24h urinary protein quantization, urine routine, urinary sediment examination and urinary protein electrophoresis were used in all patients .Among them,30 patients accepted renal biopsy. Results Among the 39 patients, hematuria and/or proteinuria were aggravated in most of them after exercise. Multiformity was manifested by renal biopsy. Definite diagnosis can be made through clinical, laboratory examination and renal biopsy. Conclusions NCS could coexist with glomerular disease. NCS patients with hematuria and/or proteinuria should be carried out renal biopsy when needed whether coexisted with glomerular nephritis or not.
