本科理论课授课质量浅析

摘    要:教学评估能反映出教师的教学水平及教学质量,而且在一定程度上有助于教学水平的提高。通过对南方医科大学临床医学2002年级第三学年第六学期内科、外科理论大课的39位授课教师的授课质量评价分析,显示经过师资培训和预讲课的教师授课质量比未参加师资培训和预讲课的教师授课质量有显著的提高,为综合医院的教师改进教学,提高教学效果提供借鉴。

Abstract:The teaching quality directly influences the teaching effect and students' quality.The teaching evaluation reflects the teachers' teaching level and quality.It also helps to improve teaching level to a certain extent.Our hospital has assumed a part of clinic academic courses teaching since affiliated to the Southern Medical University in 2005.In order to improve the teachers' teaching quality,most of the teachers have been trained how to prepare teaching plan, to make courseware,to grasp teaching skills,to arrange teaching rehearsal,to carry out questionnaire survey,etc.so as to control teaching quality.This paper analyzes and evaluates the teaching quality of 39 teachers who had taken part in the teaching works in 2005,which has shown that the teaching quality of those teachers who received the training is more significantly improved than that of those not.This may provide some references for those polyclinic teachers to improve their teaching skills and effect.
