明胶/白芨胶载药敷料的抗炎镇痛药效学研究

目的:评价明胶/白芨胶载药生物敷料的抗炎镇痛作用.方法:采用小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎试验、大鼠蛋清足跖肿胀试验进行抗炎作用研究;采用小鼠热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法进行镇痛作用研究.结果:明胶/白芨胶载药敷料有明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用,能明显减轻蛋清所致的足趾肿胀,能延长热痛试验中小鼠舐后足的时间,能明显减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体的次数,其作用呈一定的量效关系.结论明胶/白芨胶载药敷料具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用.

Study on Suppressing Inflammation and Alleviating Pains of Gelatin-Bletilla Dressing Carrying Chinese Medicine

Objective:To evaluate the effect on suppressing inflammation and alleviating pains of the Gelatin-Bletilla Dressing Carrying Chinese Medicine.Methods:The mice's auricular swelling test, the rat's toe swelling test caused by albumen, the mice's pain-test by hot and the mice's wrenching body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid were conducted.Results:The wound dressing could depress swelling of the mice in auricular swelling test, inhibit the rat's toe swelling caused by albumen, prolong the time of the mice's lapping back legs during the pain-test by hot and could reduce the times of wrenching their bodies caused by the irritation of acetic acid sharply.Conclusions:The Gelatin-Bletilla Dressing Carrying Chinese Medicine has the effects of suppressing inflammation and alleviating pains.
