彩超诊断胸腔疾病与X 线、CT 对照研究

摘    要:目的 评价彩超、X线、CT对胸腔疾病的诊断价值。方法 32例超声探查到的胸腔内占位病变,与X线、CT联合诊断,经病理及临床证实。结果 26例胸腔内恶性肿瘤,超声符合95%,X线88%,CT96%。4例肺炎,超声与X线符合50%,CT符合2例未做2例。2例肺结核,超声与X线符合100%,CT符合1例未做1例。恶性肿瘤图像特征:以低回声及形状不规则多见,4/26探及血流信号,17/26合并胸腔积液。结论 胸腔内占位病变以肺癌多见,超声与病理符合率高于X线,低于CT。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of diagnosing thoracic disease by color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI), X ray and CT. Methods There were 32 cases of thoracic space occupying lesion, all cases were examined by CDFI, X ray and CT, and were confirmed by pathological and clinic findings. Results There were 26 cases of thoracic malignant tumor, 96% of this group were diagnosed correctly by CDFI, 88% were by X ray, 96% were by CT. 50% of 4 cases of pneumonia were diagnosed correctly by CDFI and X ray, 2 cases were diagnosed correctly and 2 cases weren't examined by CT. 100% of 2 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were diagnosed correctly by CDFI and X ray, 1 case was diagnosed correctly and 1 case wasn't examined by CT. The ultrasound imaging characteristics of malignant tumor: Low echo and no regular shape can be often seen, the flow signals can be found in 4 cases of 26 cases, hydrothorax can also be seen in 17 cases of this group. Conclusion Pulmonary carcinoma can be often found in thoracic space occupying lesion, these cases can be diagnosed more correctly by CDFI and pathological than by X rays, but less than by CT.
