| 摘 要： | 目的了解河北省男男性接触人群（MSM）分布、检测、艾滋病性病感染状况,探讨针对MSM人群艾滋病宣传干预措施。方法收集2003-2007年全省自愿咨询检测（VCT）MSM者的流行病学调查及检测资料,并进行分析。结果本研究共计3 740人自愿接受咨询检测,分布在公园、酒吧、浴池、歌厅、旅馆、按摩房、网络、广场、公厕9类24个活动场所。在酒吧和浴池活动的MSM最多,分别占43.32%、28.40%。1 110例接受了HIV筛查,检出HIV阳性91例,阳性率为8.20%。结论MSM已成为HIV感染的高危人群之一,应重点加强艾滋病性病防治知识的宣传和预防干预,以降低艾滋病在该人群中的流行。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the regional distribution and HIV infection of men who have sex with men(MSM)in Hebei province,and to promote intervention measures for MSM. Methods Data of MSM who visited voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)clinic during 2003-2007 were analyzed.
