| 摘 要： | 对国内外近年来应用中药单药有效成分（三七总皂甙、β-七叶皂甙钠、水蛭素等）治疗脑出血的临床和实验研究进行了综述。对中药活性成分治疗脑出血的作用机制及作用途径及临床疗效进行探讨。
