| 摘 要： | 为探讨正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌组织热休克蛋白（ Ｈ Ｓ Ｐ７０）的表达，以及 Ｈ Ｓ Ｐ７０ 的表达与内膜癌预后等的关系，用免疫组化 Ａ Ｂ Ｃ法检测了４０ 例正常子宫内膜和４４ 例子宫内膜癌中 Ｈ Ｓ Ｐ７０ 的表达。结果显示：正常子宫内膜中分泌期内膜 Ｈ Ｓ Ｐ７０ 表达强于增生期内膜；内膜癌中 Ｈ Ｓ Ｐ７０ 表达强于正常内膜，内膜癌中 Ｈ Ｓ Ｐ７０ 表达阳性率为５６８２％ ，并且 Ｈ Ｓ Ｐ７０ 的表达随着肿瘤细胞分化程度降低而升高（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。以上提示： Ｈ Ｓ Ｐ７０ 可能与内膜癌的预后有关

| Abstract: | Expression of heat shock protain 70(HSP70) in normal endometrium tissue and endometrial carcinoma was analyzed by the present authors to determine the relationship between HSP70 expression and the prognosis of endometrial carcinomas. The immunohistochemical reactivity of monoclonal antibodies against HSP70 was examined in 44 endometrial carcinomas and 40 normal endometria HSP70 respectivily. HSP70 was expressed stronger in carcinomas than in normal. Expression of HSP70 was found in 56.82% of endometrial carcinomas and was well correlated with histological grade ( P <0.05). These results suggest that HSP70 may play a role in the prognosis of endometrial carcinomas. |
