吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的 观察吉西他滨(GEM)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的客观有效率和毒副反应.方法 全组28例非小细胞肺癌均有病理组织学或细胞学检查证实.应用GP方案:GEM 800～1 000 mg/m2 NS 100 mL静滴30 min,d1,8,15;DDP 30 mg/m2 NS 500 mL静滴,d3-5.28 d为1个周期.每例至少完成2个周期以上评价疗效.结果 28例均可评价疗效,客观有效率RR 42.9%,中位生存期MST 9.2个月.其中CR 2例,PR 10例,SD 9例,PD 7例.主要毒副反应是骨髓抑制和轻度胃肠道反应.结论 吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,毒副反应可以耐受.

The Clinical Observation of Gemcitabine Combined with Cisplatin Regimen for the Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the response rate(RR)and toxic reaction of gemcitabine(GEM)combined with cisplatin(DDP)regimen in treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 28 cases(NSCLC)were confirmed by pathology and diagnosed as advanced NSCLC.The patients were given GEM 800-1 000 mg/m2 NS 100 mL ivdrip 30 min,d1,8,15;DDP 30 mg/m2 NS 500 mL ivdrip d3-5.It was renewed twenty-eight days.Results The response rate(RR)was 42.9%.2 cases got CR,10 PR,9 SD,7 PD.MST was 9.2 months.The main toxic reaction showed marrow restraint and slight gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusions Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin regimen in treatment of advanced NSCLC patients has a good response rate,slight toxic reaction and a good tolerance.It was worth using in clinical further.
