超声对阑尾肿瘤的诊断价值

目的分析阑尾肿瘤的声像图特征,评价超声诊断价值。方法回顾13例经手术、病理证实的阑尾肿瘤,分析其超声声像图特征,与手术病理结果对比。结果其中良性肿瘤3例,恶性肿瘤10例。超声误诊11例。结论超声对阑尾肿瘤的检查有一定的价值,能判断肿瘤囊实性,对肿瘤血供进行评价。但超声检查易受肠气干扰。需结合病史,对声图像综合分析,并需与肠道肿瘤、卵巢肿瘤,阑尾炎症鉴别。

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Appendical Tumors

Objective The purpose of this research was to analyze the ultrasonographic features of appendical tumors and to evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the tumors.Methods Based on the analysis of patients with appendical tumor proved by surgery and pathology,we reviewed the ultrasonographic diagnosis retrospectively in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of the tumors,All sonograms were retrospectively analysed.Results Benign tumors were in 3 cases,malignant tumors in 10 and ultrasongraphic misdiagnosis in 11 cases.Conclusions Ultrasound which has certain specificity for appendical tumor inspection is able to judge cystic or solid and to detect blood supply in tumors.However,ultrasound is easy to be disturbed by abdominal gases.Conprehensive analysis integrated with clinical history is necessary to distinguish the appendic tumors from intestinal and ovarian tumors and from appendicitis.
