摘    要:目的 筛选乌索酸提取的最佳工艺条件。方法 根据乌索酸的理化特性,选取乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、除杂剂浓度4个因素,每因素各取3水平进行正交试验。结果 采用7倍量90%乙醇加热回流2次,每次1h,3%除杂剂除杂为最佳提取工艺条件。结论 本工艺先进合理、实用可行,有利于工业化生产。

Abstract:Object To research and choose the best technology c onditions for extracting ursolic acid from Sambucus chinensis Li ndl. Methods According to physicochemical character of ursolic aci d, orthogonal design and tests of extract technology for ursolic acid were ca rried on, and four factors were chosen such as concentration, qu an tity of ethanol, extracting time, concentration of clearing agent, and three lev els of each factor were used for orthogonal design and test. Results That was the best technology condition that ursolic acid was extracted by means of ethyl alcohol (90%) of 7 times as much as raw materials, and it is heat ed 2 times (each 1 h), and the concentration of clearing agent was 3%. Conclusion That is a better technology for industrial producti on because it is advanced and rational, practical and feasible.
