不同保存时间红细胞对三种方法抗-D抗体鉴定结果的影响

摘    要:为了检测红细胞在不同保存时间抗体鉴定对试验的影响,采用三种不同方法,即木瓜蛋白酶法、博唯优(Biovue)配血卡(柱凝集技术试验法)和戴安娜(DianaGel)配血卡(微柱凝胶试验法),检测7批不同保存时间(0—9个月)的Rh(D)阳性红细胞,用Rh血型抗—D抗体效价进行了比较。结果表明,微柱凝胶试验法较柱凝集技术效价能高出1管。且凝集强度较柱凝集技术好;保存9个月的红细胞,用微柱凝胶试验法可检测到256;而木瓜蛋白酶法。保存9个月的红细胞,同样的抗血清效价只能检测到2。结论:微柱凝胶试验法与柱凝集技术试验结果差别不大,木瓜蛋白酶法检测效价最低。

Abstract:The specificity of the antigens and length of p re servation time of erythrocytes are the interfering factors in blood group serolo gical tests. In order to clarify the influence of preservation time of erytrocytes on the bl ood matching test, the titers of anti-D antibody were detected with papain meth od, BioVue cross matching card and DianaGel cross matching card in 7 series of p anel red blood cells preserved for various length of time (0 to 9 months). The results s howed that the titer of micro-column gel test (DianaGel card) was one tube high er than that of column agglutinating test (BioVue card). The titer of erythrocyt es preserved for 9 months was as high as 256 tested by DianaGel card, but it wa s only 2 by papain method in the same anti-serum. It is suggested that there wa s no obvious difference between the results of micro-column gel test and column agglutinating test, and titer of papain method was the lowest.
