整合数CD11c/CD18在急性缺血性卒中患者外周血白细胞表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨急性缺血性卒中(AIS)患者外周血中性粒细胞(PMN)和单核细胞(MNL)表面黏附分子整合素CD11c/CD18表达的变化及意义。方法:采用流式细胞术,单克隆抗体标记测定28例AIS患者发病72h内及7天时外周血表面PMN、MNL表面黏附分子CD11c/CD18的表达量。同时测试28例健康者作对照。结果:发病72h内患者组PMN、MNL表面黏附分子CD11c/CD18的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.01);发病7天后患者组CD11c/CD18的表达有所下降,与72h内检测结果相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但仍显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:AIS时激活的PMN、MNL上整合素CD11c/CD18表达上调,可能参与了AIS的炎症反应机制。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the expression and significances of integrin CD11c/CD18 on the Polymorphonuclear and monocyte leukocytes of peripheral blood in patients with the acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods: By using indiret immunofluorescence and adopting a flow cytometry, the expression of leukocyte adhesion molecules CD11c/CD18 on WBC in peripheral blood were measured within 72 h and on day 7 after onset of AIS of 28 patient nd 28 control. Results: Increase of CD11c/CD18 immunofluorescene intensity was evident within 72 h after onset of AIS compared with the control group. Although a decrease of CD11c/CD18 immunofluorescene intensity on day 7 after onset of AIS compared with the group within 72 h,it had statistical significance compared with the control group. Conclusion: In AIS subjets,we found the upregulation of CD11c/CD18 on activated PMN and MNL . High level of integrin CD11c/CD18 on PMN and MNL is correlated to the inflammatory response of AIS.
