锁骨中段粉碎骨折两种术式中长期疗效分析

目的分析克氏针＋钢丝和重建钢板两种术式治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的中长期疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2001年2月～2007年2月治疗锁骨中段粉碎骨折138例,获得随访127例,随访3～9年,平均6.8年,克氏针＋钢丝治疗组53例,重建钢板组74例,比较两种术式的疗效和并发症情况。结果克氏针＋钢丝组优良率79.25%,重建钢板组优良率94.59%,且克氏针＋钢丝组并发症发生率较重建钢板组高。结论重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段粉碎骨折内固定可靠,疗效肯定,是治疗锁骨骨折的理想术式。

Analysis of mid-long-term efficacy of two method of midshaft clavicle comminuted fracture

Objective To analyze the mid-long-term efficacy of two kinds of surgical treatment,the Kirschner plus wire and reconstructive plate,of midshaft clavicular comminuted fracture.Methods 138 patiens with mid clavicle comminuted fracture were operated.Of these,127 cases followed up,Kirschner plus wire treatment group 53 cases,reconstructive plate group 74 cases,were retrospectively analysed,and compared the efficacy and complications.Results Fineness rate of Kirschner plus wire was 79.25%,and reconstructive plate 94.59%,and the complication of Kirschner plus wire is higher than reconstructive plate.Conclusion Effect on mid clavicle comminuted fracture with reconstructive plate is reliable and positive.Therefore,reconstructive plate is better method on mid clavicle comminuted fracture.
