| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻行Ⅰ期切除吻合术的安全性和可行性。方法：回顾性分析23例左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻患者手术治疗的临床资料。结果：23例患者中结肠脾曲癌4例，降结肠癌4例，乙状结肠癌15例。行Ⅰ期结肠癌切除吻合17例，分期手术切除吻合5例，1例行单纯近端结肠造口术。术后发生吻合口瘘3例。结论：正确掌握左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻手术时机和术中肠道灌洗方法，合理选择手术方式，做好围手术期和术后的处理，尽量施行Ⅰ期切除吻合术是安全可行的。
