| 摘 要： | 多普勒超声脐血流S/D比值测定具有操作方便、对胎儿无损害等特点,是估价胎儿情况的一种有效方法,在产科高危妊娠的监测中应用广泛。现阐述S/D比值的意义及正常值的范围,并就S/D比值异常的原因及联合胎动、胎心无应激试验、催产素激惹试验及胎儿胎盘生物物理五项评分等方法监测高危妊娠、判断胎儿宫内安危状况予以简要综述。
