| 摘 要： | 色素上皮细胞衍生因子（PEDF）是一种多功能糖蛋白，在人体中广泛存在，具有抑制新生血管、营养神经及抗肿瘤等多种功能，并能够同多种细胞因子发生相互作用。近年来研究表明，PEDF与糖尿病微血管病变关系密切。

| Abstract: | Pigment epithelium-derived factor(PEDF) is a multifunctional glycoprotein with anti-angiogenic,neurotrophic,and anti-tumor effects.It is widely distributed in a variety of organs and had interaction with many cytokines.Recent studies showed that PEDF had a close relationship with diabetic microangiopathy. |
