婴儿换乳期营养及其影响因素

婴儿6月龄后,乳类食物已不能满足其营养和生长发育的需要,需要添加泥糊状食物来供给其所需要的能量和营养素并锻炼其咀嚼消化的能力,为过渡到正常固体食物做准备。因此,其食物引入的时间、能量、营养性状及喂养行为均会影响婴幼儿换乳期的生长发育,需要引起关注。

Lacteal-foods can no longer meet the requirement in nutrition as well as growth and development of infant above 6 months old,who also need addition of pasty foods to provide energy and nutrition that they needed and to train their ability of chewing and digestion inn order to make preparation for transition of solid diet.So some problems including time of food ingestion,feature of energy and nutrition and feeding behavior should being payed more attention because they all can affect the growth and development of infants during weaning period.
