| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的价值。方法:对37例下肢深静脉血栓(Deep venous thrombosis,DVT)患者常规行二维彩色多普勒血流检测。结果:左下肢DVT27例,右下肢9例,下肢深静脉各段均可形成血栓。结论:彩色多普勒超声检测DVT具有无创、安全、准确及可复性等优点,可作为诊断DVT的首选。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in detection of deep venous thrombosis of the lower linbs.Methods:37 patients of deep venous thrombosis of the lower linbs. were examined by 2D CDFI. Results: Left lower limbs venous thrombosis were detected in 27 patients,right in 9 patients. Deep venous thrombosis could be found in every venous segment of the crura. Conclusion: CDFI is a non-invasive、safe、accurate and repeatable way for diagnosing DVT. |
