摘    要:目的:了解广西医疗机构输血科(血库)人力资源配置现状并提出相应的对策.方法:分层多级整群抽样方法,调查109家广西二、三级医院输血科(血库)人力资源状况.结果:广西医疗机构输血科(血库)人员编制、职称比例基本符合达标,但学历偏低、有输血专业背景的专业人才缺乏等.结论:广西输血专业技术人员学历偏低,素质不高,应制定临床输血全员培训计划及输血科(血库)人员业务能力的跟踪和资格认证系统,以适应现代输血技术的需要.

Abstract:Objectives: To know human resource allocation of blood transfusion department in medical institutions in Guangxi Province,so as to formulate corresponding strategy.Methods: 109 objectives hospitals were selected by multistage cluster sampling to investigate their crucial guard,gender and so on.Results: Manning quotas and professional titles of the staff reach the standard as a whole,but education background was on the low side and lack of professionals with education background in blood transfusion.Conclusion: The education background was on the low side in blood transfusion department of Guangxi.All staff training program and workers professional ability qualification authentication system should be established to adapt progress of modern blood transfusion.
