腕管的应用解剖学

摘    要:对63例上肢的腕管面积以及腕管内容9腱1神经进行了观察,腕横韧带做了组织学检查.发现腕横韧带弹力纤维仅占15~20%;腕管面积与9腱1神经面积总和之比为3.3:1。这样,腕管内的结缔组织为腕管内容提供了一定的活动空间。由于腕横韧带与正中神经接触的局部关系恒定。故此腕管综合征产生的原因,是否可以认为,腕管是缺乏伸展性的骨纤维邃道,任何足以引起腕横韧带变性都将增加正中神经与腕横韧带的接触,而致正中神经受压,尤其在腕背屈时更为明显。

Abstract:On 63 upper limbs, the area and contents (9 tendons and 1 nerve) of carpaltunnel were observed, and the lig. carpi trasversum was examined histologically.It is found that there are only 15-20% elastic fibers in the ligament. The areaof the carpal tunnel is 3.3 times as large as the total area of 9 tendons and onenerve. Thus the connective tissue of the tunnel could provide a buffer space forthe movement of the contents within it. As there is a constant relation between thelig. carpal transversum and the median nerve, and the tunnel is bonyfibrous innature and lacks extensibility, the cause of carpal tunnel syndrome may be post-ulated as any event that causes the degeneration of the ligament and would increasethe contact between the median nerve and the ligament, which, in other words,results in the compression of the median nerve, especially during dorsal flexionof the wrist joint.
