| 摘 要： | 该文通过检索中国知网、维普、万方等中文数据库并总结分析相关研究成果,从导师制的定义、在护理本科临床教学中的应用模式、意义以及目前面临的主要困境4个方面介绍了导师制近年来在护理本科临床教学中的研究进展,并根据相关问题提出针对性建议,为促进导师制在护理本科临床教学中的良性发展,探索其在护理本科临床教学中的应用新模式,以及为开展干预性研究提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | By searching Chinese databases such as CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang,etc.,and summarizing and analyzing relevant research results,this article introduces the definition of tutorial system,the application model in nursing undergraduate clinical teaching,its significance and the main dilemmas currently faced by four aspects of the research progress of the tutorial system in the clinical teaching of nursing undergraduates in recent years,and targeted suggestions are put forward based on related issues.In order to promote the benign development of the tutorial system in the clinical teaching of nursing undergraduates,explore its new application model in the clinical teaching of nursing undergraduates,and provide theoretical reference for conducting interventional research. |
