摘    要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,近年来,以实时导航、虚拟手术和快速成型(又称3D打印)为基础的数字化技术在医学外科应用十分广泛,它在青年医师培训等方面具有显著的优势。在口腔医学教育领域,带来了多元化的的教学方式,彰显了传统讲授式教学难以媲美的优势。文章以四川大学华西口腔医院正颌与关节外科近十年的数字化技术应用于正颌及关节外科专科医师培训中的经验,就数字化全流程诊疗体系应用于专科医师培训中的必要性、培训内容,以及其在口腔各专业的应用现状及前景展开论述。提出了应用"数字化教学,“线上+线下”的混合式教学模式,为数字化实验教学项目的教学推广提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology,in recent years,digital technology based on real-time navigation,virtual surgery and rapid prototyping(also known as 3D printing)has been widely used in medical surgery,and it has significant advantages in the training of young physicians.In the field of stomatology education,diversified teaching methods have been brought,which demonstrates the incomparable advantages of traditional lecture-based teaching.Based on the experience of applying digital technology in orthognathic and joint surgery specialist training in the past ten years of orthognathic and joint surgery of West China Hospital of Stomatology,Sichuan University,this article discusses the necessity and training content of the application of digital full-process diagnosis and treatment system to specialist training,as well as its application status and prospects in various dental professions.The application of a hybrid teaching model of"digital teaching,online+offline"is proposed,which provides a certain reference for the teaching promotion of digital experimental teaching projects.
