99mTc-TRODAT-1显像在帕金森病诊断中应用的研究进展

摘    要:帕金森病(PD)是最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,发病人数逐年上升。近年来,单光子发射计算机断层(SPECT)99mTc-TRODAT-1多巴胺转运蛋白(DAT)显像已被应用于PD的临床诊断。研究表明,99mTc-TRODAT-1有助于PD的早期诊断和鉴别诊断,并可对PD疾病的严重程度进行判断。另外,基于99mTc-TRODAT-1显像的影像组学和深度学习也对PD的诊断有一定价值。

Research progress of the application of 99mTc-TRODAT-1 imaging in the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease

Abstract:Parkinson's disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases,and the number of cases is increasing year by year.In recent years,single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)99mTc-TRODAT-1 dopa?mine transporter(DAT)imaging has been applied to the clinical diagnosis of PD.Studies have shown that 99mTc-TRODAT-1 may contribute to the early and differential diagnosis of PD and can be used to evaluate the severity of PD.In addition,the radiomics and deep learning method based on 99mTc-TRODAT-1 imaging also have certain diagnostic value for PD.
