我国中医药健康养老服务模式的实践成果、面临挑战及优化对策

目的分析我国部分地区的中医药健康养老服务模式实践成果,探讨发展我国中医药健康养老服务模式面临的挑战,并提出优化对策。方法分析我国中医药健康养老服务模式的发展背景及优势。收集各地卫生健康委员会官网、中医药管理局官网等公开发布的中医药健康养老相关信息,选取较为典型的9个省市中医药健康服务模式,分析其实践成果及特色。探讨发展中医药健康养老服务模式面临的挑战,提出我国中医药健康养老服务模式的优化对策。结果中医药在我国健康养老服务方面具有“治未病”优势、对重大疾病的诊疗优势。各城市根据地区实情,取得了具有当地特色的实践成果,并形成了家庭养老、社区养老、机构养老及互助型养老等模式,探索出高端养老、旅居养老、技术养老等新模式。发展中医药健康养老服务模式面临行业发展水平参差不齐、中医药养老文化传播力度不足、专业人才匮乏、中医药服务质量有待提高等挑战。建议需从改革创新中医药养老政策机制、优化公共卫生服务并提升基层服务能力、建立分级分类中医药健康养老人才体系、构建标准化服务体系等方面进行优化。结论我国中医药健康养老服务体系建设取得了初步的发展,各地形成了具有当地特色的实践成果,但仍面临多种挑战,尚待从政策机制、公共卫生服务、人才体系建设、服务体系建设等方面进行优化。

The practical results,challenges and optimization countermeasure of Chinese medicine health and oldage service mode in China

Objective To analyzes the practical results of the Chinese medicine health and old-age service model in some parts of China,discusses the challenges of developing the Chinese medicine health and old-age service model,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures.Methods This paper analyzes the development background and advan?tages of the healthy old-age service model of Chinese medicine.Collect the relevant information about Chinese medicine health and old-age care published publicly on the official website of the local health and health committee,the official web?site of the Chinese Medicine Administration,etc.Nine typical health service modes of Chinese medicine were selected to analyze its practical results and characteristics.To discusses the challenges of developing the healthy old-age service mod?el of Chinese medicine,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures.Results Traditional Chinese medicine health and old-age services have the advantages of"preventive treatment of disease"and the advantages in diagnosis and treatment of major diseases.According to the regional facts,cities have achieved practical effects with local characteris?tics,and formed family old-age,community-based old-age,institutional old-age and mutual-aid old-age models,to ex?plore high-end old-age care,living old-age care,technical old-age care and other new models.The development of Chi?nese medicine health care service model is faced with the challenges of uneven level of industry development,insufficient dissemination of Chinese medicine old-age culture,lack of professionals,and the quality of Chinese medicine services to be improved.It is suggested that we should reform and innovate the policy mechanism of Chinese medicine old-age care,optimize public health service and improve the capacity of grass-roots service,establish the talent construction of the healthy old-age system of Chinese medicine classification,and construct the standardized service system.Conclusion The construction of Chinese medicine health and old-age service system has made preliminary development,and the practi?cal effect with local characteristics has been formed,but it still faces many challenges,which need to be optimized from the aspects of policy mechanism,public health service,talent system construction and service system construction.
