Thoughts on Using Basic Public Health Service Platform to Carry out Grassroots AIDS Prevention

Objective To observe and analyze the effectiveness of basic public health service platforms for grassroots AIDS prevention and treatment.Methods Statistically analyze the occurrence of AIDS and the characteristics of disease distribution in the author's area(from January 2015 to December 2019),use basic public health platforms to carry out grassroots AIDS prevention and control work,and explore related prevention and treatment effects.Results The number of HIV(Human Immunodeficiency Virus)antibody tests in the author’s area revealed 102853 cases,of which 631 were confirmed(0.61%,631/102853).The sample source was different,and the number of HIV antibody positive cases was different.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the HIV antibody positive detection rate of different samples was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable use of basic public health service platforms to carry out grassroots AIDS prevention and treatment can fully understand the incidence of AIDS.
