摘    要:探讨芬倍舒对癌性胸水3种肿瘤标志物CEA、CT,CY21-1水平的影响,将61例肺癌胸膜转移而形成癌性胸水病人,随机分为芬倍舒组、华蟾素组,保尔佳组。治疗前,后检测胸水中3种肿瘤标志物,并观察其动态变化。芬倍舒组及华蟾素组的总有效率无明显差异(P〉0.05),而明显优于保尔佳组(P〈0.01),芬倍舒组及华蟾素组治疗后3种肿瘤标志物水平明显下降,且价格适中,使用方便。

Abstract:The article is to study the influence of Fanbrecin on the levels of three mark matter of tumor CEA, CT, CY21 - 1 in the cancerous pleural effusion. For 61 patients who had the cancerous pleural effusion by pleuralmetastasis of carcinoma, they were divided randomly for Fenbrecin group, Cinobtfocini group, Polyga group. The levels of three tumor mark matter in the pleural effusion and blood serum were determined before and after treatmet. The whole effective rate of Fenbrecin geoup and Cinobtfocini group have no significance difference (P > 0. 05(P), and are much better than that of Polyga group (< 0.01). Fanbrecin group can make the levels of three tumor mark matter in blood serum and pleural effusion decrease obviously, and the price of it is suitable, and the treatment is convenient.
