摘    要:目的 探讨产志贺样毒素大肠埃希菌( S L T E C) 在小儿腹泻中的病原学地位。方法 根据肠出血性大肠埃希菌( E H E C) O157 : H7 的 S L T1 、 S L T2 、eae A 基因片段设计了3 对引物,采用聚合酶链反应检测大肠埃希菌中 S L T1 、 S L T2 和eae A 毒力基因。结果 29 株标准致泻大肠埃希菌( E H E C、 E P E C、 E T E C) 和10 株其他肠道病原菌中,只有1 株 E H E C检出 S L T1 、 S L T2 、eae A 毒力基因,其他均为阴性。从1 032 例腹泻患儿粪便中分离的474 株未定型大肠埃希菌中,检出 S L T1 20 株(42 % ) , S L T2 7 株(15 % ) ;74 株肠产志贺样毒素且具侵袭力的大肠埃希菌( E S I E C) 中检出 S L T1 15 株(203 % ) , S L T2 5株(68 % ) 。结论  S L T E C 是太原地区引起小儿腹泻的一种重要的致泻病原菌。

Identification of shiga like toxin Escherichia coli isolated from children with diarrhea disease by polymerase chain reaction
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the etiology for Shiga like toxin producing Escherichia coli (SLTEC) in children with diarrhea disease Methods We designed and synthesized 3 pairs of primers located in SLT1, SLT2, and eaeA genes of EHEC, while the virulence genes in SLT1, SLT2, and eaeA from E coli species were amplified by PCR Results One strain of EHEC with SLT1, SLT2, and eaeA in 29 reference strains of diarrhea causing E coli (DCEC) and 10 strains of other enterobacteria detected by PCR had positive reaction, while all other DCEC and enterobacteria were negative A total of 474 strains of E coli isolated from 1 032 children with diarrhea disease detected by PCR were 20 strains of SLT1 producing E coli (4 2%) positive, and 7 strains of SLT2 producing E coli (1 5%) positive, while 74 strains of ESIEC were 15 strains of SLT1 (20 3%) and 5 strains of SLT2 (6 8%) positive Conclusion Shiga like toxin E coli has been identified as a major etiologic agent of children with diarrhea disease in Taiyuan
