| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肠外营养支持在老年自发性食管破裂治疗中的临床价值。方法 48例自发性食管破裂病例(年龄>70岁)Ⅰ组(18例)行非正规营养支持,Ⅱ组(30例)征正规肠外营养支持,然后在几个临床指标上比较。结果 Ⅱ组并发症发生率、死亡率低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后观察比较体重、血浆白蛋白、氮平衡有明显差异。结论 肠外营养支持老年自发性食管破裂治疗中可明显改善病人营养状况,提高本病治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinicle value of parenteral nutrition in treating senile spontaneous rupture o esophagus. Methods Among 48 cases of patients, (age > 70) 18 were treated with irregular nutrition support(groupⅠ ) adn 30 with regular nutritional support(group Ⅱ ), Study the clinical data.Recults The incidence of complications and mortality in group Ⅱ was lower than group Ⅰ ( P < 0,05) . signficant difference was observed in body weight. serum albumin ant nitrogern balance between to groups. Conclusions Porenteral nutrition can improve the nutrition situation of the senile patient and increase the cure rate of silicotub erculosis. |
