| 摘 要： | 医院机关效能建设是提升医院职能部门服务质量和工作效率的重要举措，从行政管理人员素质参差不齐、制度建设跟不上时代要求、执行力欠佳等方面分析了机关效能建设存在的问题，提出通过加强行政管理人才队伍建设、打造学习型机关、建立公开透明的电子政务体系等举措促进机关整体服务水平的提高。

| Abstract: | Hospital administration efficacy construction is important for promoting quality and efficiency of the administrative departments. According to the problems of uneven human resources, outmoded institution construction and defective implementing capacity in hospital administration departments, suggestions such as strengthening administrative team training, building learn-typed organization and building open and transparent electronic administrative system to promote hospital administration effectiveness. |
