| 摘 要： | 用环钻钻取家兔顶骨研磨成颗粒后全部植回缺损处,至4周末有明显的骨样组织和骨小梁形成,20周末完全骨性愈合,有内、外板障和髓腔形成。新生骨与周围原有骨成协调一致的弧度;不形成过多的骨组织压迫脑膜血管和脑组织,无脑组织异常;帽状腱膜下腔逐渐恢复。

| Abstract: | A piece of rabbit parietal bone was removed by trephining, the bone was ground to granules and planted back in the cranial defect. It was observed that at the end of the 4th week, bone trabeculae and osteoid tissue had been developed: and at the end of the 20th week there was bone healing with formation of the outer and inner tables and the bone marrow cavity.The new bone kept aharmonious curvature with the surrounding skull, no excessive bone formation that might compress the pia moter vessels nor brain abnormalities were found.The potential subgaleal space was gradually restored. |
