高原实验家兔骨髓小动脉的体视学研究

本文通过对平原及移居高原（３９００ｍ）不同时期四组实验家兔的骨髓小动脉的形态计量研究发现，高原实验组家兔骨髓小动脉体积密度，长度密度及面积密度，均明显高于平原对照组，有显著意义，高原实验第一、八周组实验家兔骨髓小动脉腔的体积密度明显低于平原对照组，提示在高原缺氧的环境下，实验组家兔骨髓小动脉体积增大，小动脉外形迂曲不均，长度增加，管壁增厚尤以小动脉中膜平滑肌增生显著，并有纤维化的趋势。上述研究结果

STUDY OF THE BONE MARROW'S ARTERIOLE OF THE EXPERIMENTAL RABBITS AT PLATEAU WITH STEREOLOGY

The paper studied by means of the morphometric method through the study of the bone marrow's arteriole of the experimental rabbits which live on the plain and migrantes to the plateau (3900m)in different period of four groups. The result showed that the volume density,length density and surface density of the bone marrow's arteriole of the plateau -group were higher than that of plain -control group,which had the statistically remarkable signifjcance (P<0.01). The volume density of bone marrow's arteriole cavity of the first week and the eighth week plateau -group was smaller than that of plain control group (P<0.01). our experimental result shows following;Under the high plateau hypoxia circumstance,the volurne density of the bone marrow's arteriole of the experimental group rabbits is increased and srnall arteries surface shape has turned tortuous. And the length increases vascular wall, makes it thick, especially rernarkabled of smooth muscle of arteriole media increases thick, and also small arteries have the tendentious of firbrosis.Above experimenting study results have never been seen as reports on the home and abroad medical literature.
