颈部食管胃机械吻合的经验体会

我院应用上海产ＧＦ－Ｉ型管状消化道吻合器行胃经食管床颈部食管胃吻合术１５５例，效果满意，并发症：术后４小时死于心肌梗塞１例，吻合瘘９例，吻合口狭窄５例，切口感染４例，本文对颈部食管胃机械吻合术的操作要点，注意事项，吻合瘘的发生原因及预防措施进行防详细讨论。作才认为：应用管状消化道吻合行颈部食管胃吻合术效果可靠，操作简便，值得推广应用。

CLINICAL EXPERIENCES OF CERVICAL ESOPHAGO-GASTROSTOMY USING MECHANICAL SUTURE

From Anril 1990 to May l993 ,we used the stapler to perform esophago-gastrosto-my on neck area for l55 cases with esophageal carcinoma through the esophageal bed.The results weresatisfactory. Complication :9 cases with anastomotic leadage,4 cases with anastomotic stricture,4 caseswith wounds infection ; one patient died of cardiac infarction within 4 hours after the operation. The pa-per is to discuss the main operating points and attentions of cervical esophagogastrostomy using stapler,and the causes and preventive measures of anastomotic leakage. We believe that mechanic suture ofcervcal esophago-gastrostomy is reliable and time-saving,and therefore should be widely spread inclinical application.
