| 摘 要： | 本文分析了１９９０－１９９５年３３例小儿女性肛瘘病例：直肠舟状窝瘘２８例，直肠阴道瘘１例，直肠会阴瘘４例。瘘的主要原因是局部感染，主张遵循术后不影响肛门功能，操作简单原则早期手术：１５例行瘘管切开术，１０例行直肠内瘘修补术，８例行“Ｈ”手术，随访２６例均获满意效果，无一例复发，本文还地本病病理过程，临床特征、术前术后管理及预防措施进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | 33 girl patients of rectal fistula were surgical operated from 1990 to 1995. It these cases, there were 28 cases of Vartibular fistula, I case of Vagina fistuula, 4 cases of perineal.The main cause of the fistula is local region infective, This article reportad the surgical management of these patients, The operation performed at the early stage,The procedure as simple as possible,and less harmfal the ana1 function.The operation divided:The fistnla incision 15 cases,intra-rectam repaired the fisthla 10 cases, "H"operation 8 cases,respectivy.The result of follew -up 26 cases were improving satisfactory no reaussence cases were occuyyed.Besides thcse,the author also discussed the pathoiogical process,clinical characteristics and pre or post surgica operation managemant of rectal fistula |
