| 摘 要： | 大多数抗结核药物都对肝脏和肾脏有一定毒性，对肾脏的损害主要是链霉素及同类药物的贤性毒性作用，且链霉素对第８对颅神经还有损害，常成为治疗上的一大难题，近年来我们采用啤酒花替代毒性较大的药物来抗结核治疗，取得了满意效果。
