胎儿耳廓弹性软骨及其组织的发生

用９周－３９周引产胎儿标本７２例，取右耳廓石蜡切片，ＨＥ和Ｗｅｉｔｅｒｔ弹性纤维染色，光镜观察其弹性软骨、弹性纤维、耳廓肌和结缔组织的发生。

TISSUE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ELASTIC CARTILAGE ANDOTHER TISSUE OF THE FETAL AURICLE

We selected 72 induced fetus of 9-39 weeds,Paraffinsection of the right auriclewere done,with HE and Weigert staining. The tissue development of the elastic cartilage , elastic fiber,muscular tissue and connective tissue of the right auricle were observed with light microscope,The re-sults showed that the elastic cartilage was composed of dense connective tissue cells in the ninth week,differentiating cartilage cells appeared in the twelfth week,cartilage membrane formed and elastic fibersappeared in th thirtieth week,elastic fibers increased and grewn between cartilage cells in the eightiethweek,isogenous group appeared in the thirty-siath week.The elastic fibers of centre of elastic carti-lage appeared in the thirtieth week, which located in the wall of small artery in the twenty-second,and the twenty-eighth week in connective tissue. However,dermis appeared on the thirtieth,and theelastic fibers of connective tissue. The muscle of the auricle developed cytopasmic granules in thetwelfth week,protoplasm of muscle developed cytopasmic granulcs in the twelfth week,Cross striationin the fourteenth week was also observed,and more clear in the nineteenth week.Nucleus of musclemoved under muscular membrane,The connective tissue was embryonal tissue containing a little capil-lary and nerve fiber in the ninth week.Fat cells appeared in the sixteenth week.
