| 摘 要： | 应用标记荧光素的抗沙眼衣原体（Ct）单克隆抗体，以直接免疫荧光法（DFA）检测66例生殖道标本，Ct感染率为12．12％，淋菌感染率为1．5％。结果显示西宁存在生殖道的Ct感染，故应引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | Using a fluoresceinlabelled monoclonal antibody against chlamydia trachomatis (CT), we have detected 66 samples of generative tract with the direct immunofluoroassary (DFA). The infection rate of CT was 12. 12%, and Gonococcus was 1. 5%. The results showed that the CT infection in generative tract existed in xining area and should be taken care of seriosly. |
