周围血管损伤诊断治疗

最近十年收治周围血管损伤１４２例，２６０条血管，开放伤９４例，闭俣伤４８例，动脉直接吻合８８条，自体静脉移植２９条，切开取栓７条。静脉直接吻合５５条，修补１３条，结扎５９条，静脉移植９条。截肢６例，肢体解脱７例，死亡４例。开放性损伤显而易见，而对发生在神经血管干周围，合并骨关节损伤略血管损伤，尤其是血管的钝挫性损伤早期易漏诊。

INJURED PERIPHERAL VESSELS

We treated 142 cases of injured peripheral vessels over ten years. Total 260 vessels. 91 cases were open injured. 18 cases were closed injurcd. 88 arteries were directry anastomoised. 29 veins were autotransplanted. The thrornbus were removed. 55 veins were directly anastomoised. 13 vessels were repaired. 59 vessels were ligatured, 9 veins were transplanted. 6 cases were amputated.4 cases were died. We studied meticulously the causes for this. diagnosis, restoration. and postoperative care. We learned that a lack of obvious open injuries ,an absence of bleeding,and an absence of obvious blood loss could be easing misdiagnosised. Farry fascjotomy is advised if fascial syndrome appears. Debridement should be done thoroughly.
