| 摘 要： | 本文报告了自１９８８年１２月至１９９４年１２月采用手术治疗１６例胸椎结核晚发截瘫严重后凸畸形患者。其中完全性截瘫严重后凸畸形７例，不完全性截瘫后凸畸形９例，均获得了尽早施行康复训练，改善功能及生活自理的疗效。

| Abstract: | 16 cases of vertebrae thoracales tuberculosis advanced paraplegia complicated with severe protruding deformities treated with operative therapy from Dec. 1988 to Dec.1994 has been repotred.There were 7 cases of complete paraplegia and 9 cases of incomplete paraplegia complicated with protruding deformities among them had been got a result of earlier rehabilitation,improvement of function and taking care of them selves. |
