| 摘 要： | 本文通过对８例骨髓造血功能正常的上消化道溃疡出血性贫血患者成纤维祖细胞的培养，观察了成纤维细胞集落形成情况，结果表明，本室建立的这种方法，对评价骨髓造血微环境，进而对诊断和治疗骨髓增生异常性疾病提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The fibroblastic cells of 8 cases of anemia caused by upper digestive tract ulcer bleeding, whose function of medullaryhemotopoiesis at normal level were cultured and the clonies of fibroblastic cells observed. Results showed that the microenvironment of medullary hemotopoiesis could be eveluated by this method. Moreover,it provided a basis for diagnosis and treatment of abnormal medullary proliferation diseases. |
