组织瓣联合移植治疗严重手外伤

目的 探讨组织瓣联合移植治疗严重手外伤的方法。方法 用组织瓣联合移植治疗严重手外伤21例，其中足部组织瓣(包括2趾、Mu甲瓣、部分Mu趾、2趾加3趾、2趾加Mu趾腓侧皮瓣)联合移植治疗多指缺损10例；股前外侧皮瓣、胸脐皮瓣、臂下外侧皮瓣与足部组织瓣联合移植治疗手指伴手部较大面积软组织缺损11例。两块组织瓣联合移植11例，三块组织瓣联合移植10例。结果 21例52块组织瓣全部成活，经3个月—2年半随访，再造拇、手指外观、功能恢复满意，皮瓣均恢复了保护性感觉。结论 组织瓣联合移植可一次完成多手指的再造和创面的修复，是严重手外伤后手功能重建的良好方法。

Treatment of serious hand injury with transplantation of combined tissue flaps

Object iv e To study the method of combined tissue flap transplantation to treat serious h and injuries.Methods Twenty-one cases with serious hand injuries were treated by using combined tissue flap,including10patients with multiple fingers lost were treated by using combined foot tissue flap transplantation,the others with finger injury and combined quite big area of soft tissue damaged were done by u sing lateral front femoral flap,neval chest and navel flaps,lower arm flap and foot tissue flap transplantation.11cases with2pieces of tissue flap combine d,10cases with3pieces of tissue flap.Results All52pieces of tissue flap i n21patients survived.Over3months to2and half years' following-up,the appe arance and function of the reconstructed fingers were satisfied.The protective sensation of the flaps were totally recovered.Conclusion It is a quite good met hod to reconstruct the multiple fingers defecrt and wound coverage by using comb ined tissue flap at one time.
