医院挂号收费人员标准化管理与培训浅探

摘    要:医院门诊挂号收费部门是医院形象的首要门户,挂号收费工作人员服务质量的好坏直接影响患者的满意度。对挂号收费人员的科学管理与培训可有效提高工作人员的综合素质和服务水平。本文对某医院挂号收费人员管理与培训的情况进行了分析与研究,结合数字化建院及医院标准化管理理念,提出新理念与方法,以提高门诊挂号收费工作效率和服务质量。

Abstract:Registration and cashier department is the first image for patients to the hospitals,and the service quality of registration and cashier personnel could influence the satisfaction of the patients.Scientific management and training for the staff can effectively improve their comprehensive quality and standard of service.The paper conducted an analysis and research on the situation of management and training for registration and cashier staff in hospitals,and proposed new ideas and methods combined with the digitization and standardization management philosophy,so as to improve working efficiency and service quality of registration and charging work.
