常用消毒剂对临床分离多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭效果

摘    要:目的观察常用消毒剂对临床分离铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对含氯消毒泡腾片、碘伏和戊二醛等3类消毒剂杀灭铜绿假单胞菌的效果进行了实验室检测,同时与标准菌株作平行比较。结果155株临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌对19种抗生素存在不同程度的耐药。含氯消毒泡腾片、戊二醛、碘伏对临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度依次为125、31、50mg/L,对标准菌株最小抑菌浓度依次为188、31、50mg/L。以含有效氯500mg/L泡腾片、125mg/L戊二醛和100mg/L碘伏对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌临床株和标准株作用10min,杀灭率均达100%。结论最小抑菌浓度测定临床分离的多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌对含氯消毒剂抗性略高于标准株,3种消毒剂对临床分离菌株与标准株杀灭效果基本一致。

Abstract:Objective To observe the germicidal effect of common disinfectants on clinical isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Suspension quantitative bactericidal test was performed to investigate bactericidal effect of chlorine-containing disinfectant,glutaraldehyde、iodophor on clinical isolated P. aeruginosa. Results were compared with those of standard strain parallely. Results Drug resistance existed in 155 clinical isolated P. aeruginosa to 19 antibiotics in varying degrees.The MIC of multidrug resistant P. aeruginos to chlorine-containing disinfectant,glutaraldehyde,iodophor were 188,31,50 mg/L respectively. The MIC of standard P. aeruginos to chlorine-containing disinfectant,glutaraldehyde,iodophor were 125,31,50 mg/L respectively. The killing rates of both clinical isolates and standard isolates exposed to 500 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant,125 mg/L glutaraldehyde,100 mg/L iodophor for 10 min achieved 100%. Conclusion The MIC of multidrug resistant P. aeruginos to chlorine-containing disinfectant is slightly higher than that of standard stains. There are no differences in bactericidal effect among three kinds of disinfectants to multidrug resistant P. aeruginos and standard stains.
