摘    要:目的:探索建立测定蒙药沙日-汤中没食子酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。应用SpherisorbC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15:85)为流动相;流速为0.8ml·min^-1;检测波长为273nm;柱温为25℃。结果:没食子酸在0.102μg~0.306μg范围内,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.76%、RSD为2.24%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确、重复性好,可用于沙日-汤中没食子酸的含量测定。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the establishment of Shaft Tang Powder of Gallic acid the way. Methods:HPLC. Applieationcolumn; methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15:85) as mobile phase flow rate of 0.8ml·min^-1; detection at 273nm; column To 25℃. Results: of Gallic acid in 0.102μg-0.306μg range, with the peak area has a good linear relationship, r = 0.999 9; verage recovery rate was100.76%. RSD to2.24 (n=6) . Conclusion:ethod is simple, fast, accurate, reproducible and can be used for Shaft Tang Powder Gallic acid thedetermination.
