丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛156例疗效观察

目的探讨丹红注射液对老年不稳定型心绞痛（UA）患者超敏c反应蛋白（Hs-CRP）、D-二聚体（D-D）的影响及治疗效果。方法将156例老年UA患者随机分为治疗组（80例）和对照组（76例）。对照组予以规范化抗心绞痛药物治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液。分别测定两组在治疗前后血清Hs-CRP、D-D、血常规、血脂、肝肾功能等。结果治疗组Hs-CRP和D-D水平较对照组下降明显（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率96.3%,对照组总有效率80.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用丹红注射液治疗老年UA患者临床疗效较好,可能与其抑制炎症反应、抗凝、抑栓作用有关。

Efficacy Observation of 156 Cases of Senile Unstable Angina Pectoris Treated with Danhong Injection

Objective To explore the impacts and the efficacy of danhong injection on the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)and D-dimer(D-D)in senile unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 156 cases of senile UAP were randomized into a treatment group(80 cases)and a control group(76 cases).In the control group,the standardized anti-angina drugs were prescribed.In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,danhong injection was supplemented.The serum Hs-CRP,D-D,blood routine,blood lipid,liver and kidney functions were detected before and after treatment in two groups.Results The levels of Hs-CRP and D-D in the treatment group were reduced apparently as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.3% in the treatment group and was 80.3% in the control group,indicating the statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection achieves the satisfactory clinical efficacy on senile UAP,which is probably relevant with the inflammatory reaction inhibition,anti-coagulation and anti-thrombosis.
