目的探讨手术室骨科植入性医疗器械的有效管理方法，提高骨科手术器械使用安全性。方法通过制定相关制度、严格控制准人关、规范使用环节、加强全程监管等方法加强手术室骨科器械管理。结果实施手术室骨科器械规范化管理后，计费、器械验收准确率提高，术后切口感染率、器械丢失率和不良事件发生率均下降（P〈0．01）。结论加强对骨科器械的管理，可以确保器械的安全使用。

The practice and effect of management of orthopedic instruments

Objective To explore the effective management methods of orthopedic instruments and to improve the safety in the use of orthopedics instruments. Methods The management methods included establishing administrative regulations and rules,strictly controlling the admittance of orthopedic instruments,standardizing the links in the use of orthopedic instruments,and strengthening the whole process supervision. Results This practice increased the accurate rate of charging and checking,reduced the rate of infection,lost of instruments and adverse events （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Strengthening the management of orthopedic instruments can ensure the safety in the use of orthopedic instruments.
