微波对大鼠大脑皮质神经细胞超微结构的影响

摘    要:用低功率密度20mw/Cm~2、10mw/Cm~2和1mw/Cm~2的微波,一次全身照射大鼠。在电镜下观察。见到在20mw/Cm~2和10mw/Cm~2二组,大鼠的大脑神经细胞均有程度不同的变化,其中线粒体变化明显,出现线粒体肿胀、融合和变形;嵴缺损、断裂及空化等。三个实验组普遍可见核质(nucleoplasm)稀疏、溶解等。表明低功率密度的微波对大鼠大脑皮质细胞的超微结构有一定影响。

Abstract:This paepr reports ultrastructure changes in rats resulting from the effects of a single whole-body radiation of low power density microwave on the cerebral cortex nerve cells.The ultrastructures of cerebral cortex nerve cells were changed to some extent. It was found that the changes in 20mw/cm2 and 10mw/cm2 groups were more obvious than that in lmw/cm2 group. We found that the shapes of mitochondria were swollen, distorted and in fusion, the cristae defected, broken and vacuolated. The nucleoplasm of all the three groups was found to be few, scattered and so on. These facts showed that the effects of low power density microwave on the cerebral cortex nerve cellsin rats are certain.
