妇产科护理中人文关怀的应用体会

目的 对产妇进行护理时进行一定的人文关怀的影响进行分析. 方法 随机抽取2010年12月至2011年12月期间的产妇136例,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组各68例产妇.对对照组中的产妇进行常规护理,对观察组中的产妇在常规护理的基础上采取人文关怀.对两组产妇对于护理的满意情况进行了解,并且进行比较分析.结果 对照组中对护理满意的产妇有59例,占86.76％；而观察组中对护理满意的产妇有67例,占98.53％.相对于对照组,观察组中的患者对于护理更为满意,p＜ 0.05,有一定的积极临床意义.结论 对产妇进行护理时,在产妇进行饮食、药物等方面护理的基础上进行一定的人文关怀,对于产妇有一定的积极意义.

Experience on application of humanistic care in gynecologic nursing

Objective To explore the effect of certain humanistic care in the nursing care for puerperas. Methods 136 puerperas who had been hospitalized during December 2010 to December 2011 were randomly selected and then divided into control group and study group, 68 for each group. The control group received routine nursing, whereas the study group received humanistic care in addition to conventional nursing. The puerpera satisfaction for nursing was surveyed and then compared between the two groups. Results 59 puerperas （ 86.76% ） were satisfied with nursing care in the control group, while 67 （ 98.53% ） were satisfied in the study group, with a higher rate of satisfaction in the study group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions On the basis of nursing for dietary and medication uses, humanistic care for puerperas during nursing intervention has certain active sia＇nificance.
