江门市综合性医院大型医疗设备绩效分析系列研究概述

目的 了解大型医疗设备的运作情况,建立实际有效的绩效管理制度.方法 用成本效益比较法和本量利分析法对大型医疗设备的运作情况进行分析研究.结果 CT、MRI、生化分析仪运行状况良好,投资回收期分别为6个月、14个月和5个月.CT、MRI、生化分析仪、彩超服务量分别是保本服务量的6.16倍、4.37倍、14.5倍、1.27倍,大型医疗设备及医技人员均超负荷工作.结论 全成本核算,降低成本,保持设备完好率,建立大型医疗设备科学管理机制.

Series of studies on performance analysis of large medical equipment in a general hospital in Jiangmen

Objective To understand the operational conditions oi large medical eqmpment, and to establish a practical and effective performance management system. Methods Cost-effective analysis and east-volume-profit analysis were used to assess the operational conditions of large medical equipment. Results CT, MRI, and biochemical analyzer were running in good condition. The investment recovery period was 6, 14, and 5 months, respectively. The volume of services for CT, MRI, biochemical analyzer, and color Dappler ultrasound was 6.16, 4.37, 14.5, and 1.27 times that of the volume of services for cost recovery, Large medical equipment and the relevant medical technicians were overloaded at work. Coneluaioal Medial equipment should be maintained in good condition. Assessment on medical equipment should base on total prime cost, Scientific system should be established for managing large medical equipment.
