红花注射液关节腔冲洗结合钩针松解治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

目的：探讨运用红花注射液膝关节腔冲洗结合钩针松解治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法：将78例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各39例。对照组患者关节镜手术中灌注液采用临床普遍采用的生理盐水进行膝关节腔灌注冲洗,治疗组患者采用目前临床使用广泛的活血通络代表药物红花注射液灌注冲洗膝关节腔灌注并结合钩针松解膝关节周围软组织粘连。结果：治疗组治疗后平均积分（89.250±13.236）分,对照组治疗后平均积分（66.750±12.250）分,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,表明关节镜下红花注射液灌注冲洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。结论：采用红花注射液膝关节腔冲洗改善微循环、缓解炎性改变、促进关节软骨及滑膜损伤组织的修复,并结合钩针松解膝关节周围软组织的粘连、调整膝关节力学平衡,以恢复膝关节功能活动,消除临床症状,该方法疗效显著,安全可靠。

The articular cavity washing with safflower injection combined with bearded needle debonding cure knee osteoarthritis

Objective：To investigate the clinical effectiveness of articular cavity washing with safflower injection combined with bearded needle debonding cure knee osteoarthritis.Methods：Seventy-eight patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 39 patients each.Arthroscopy surgeries in the control group used normal saline as perfusate on knee cavities,while the treatment group adopted safflower injection with bearded needle debonding,which is widely adopted in clinical practice.Results：The treatment group showed average score was（89.250±13.236） after surgery,control group（66.750±12.250）,there was statistical significance（P〈0.01）.It indicate that significant effect of safflower perfusate washing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Conclusion：The usage of safflower solution in treating knee osteoarthritis is proved effective,with effects in improving micro-circulation,reducing inflammation,assisting the recovery of articular cartilage and impaired synovial membrane.Combined with bearded needles,it helps debonding the parenchyma adhesion surrounding knee-joint,adjust the balancing of knee-joint to recover kinetic functions of the knees,and has significant and safe effects in reducing clinical symptoms.
