| 摘 要： | 目的改进盐酸小檗碱片含量测定的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse plus C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:0.05mol.L-1乙酸铵溶液(用乙酸调节pH至5.0)-甲醇(60∶40),以流动相为溶剂,超声溶解,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为263nm。结果盐酸小檗碱线性范围为8~128mg.L-1,平均加样回收率(n=9)为100.3%(RSD为1.0%)。结论该方法快速简单,结果准确可靠。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To improve an for the content determination of Berberine Hydrochloride tablets.METHODS The Agilent Eclipse plus C18 column（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）was used and the detection wavelength was at 263nm.The mobile phase was 0.05mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution（pH=5.0）-methonal（60∶40）.Use mobile phase as solvent.The samples were dissolved by ultrasound.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range of Berberine Hydrochloride was 8～128mg·L-1.The average recovery rate（n=9） was 100.3%（RSD 1.0%）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and suitable. |
